Group Standing by Donations after Food Drive

Hosting a food and fund drive is a fun and easy way to support Harvesters! Individuals, groups and organizations of all sizes and ages can host successful food drives to help provide for those in need in our community.

Access our toolkit here to help make your drive a success. You will find info about getting started, how to promote your drive, a list of frequently asked questions, and a list of our most needed items. After you have explored our Food Drive Toolkit and are ready to get started, please submit the form below to our Community Engagement team, so they can provide you additional support.

Due to current logistical challenges, we are asking supporters to please pick up food donation collection barrels and boxes from Harvesters. If you are able to return your donations to Harvesters, that would also be greatly appreciated.

If you need your food donations picked up by Harvesters, please know that currently Harvesters will only be able to pick up donations of 1,000 items or more (equivalent of either 4+ full Harvesters barrels or 10+ full Harvesters boxes). Your help also helps us reduce our transportation costs.

Additionally, we encourage you to consider a Virtual Food Drive, which you can set up here.

If you need any assistance in setting up your food drive, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please note – Beginning January 1, 2021 for the safety of our volunteers and staff, Harvesters will no longer pick up food donations from residential locations. We ask that you please bring your donations to Harvesters or place them in the Harvesters barrels at your local grocery store.
