Host Food or Fund Drive
Nourish our Communities
Hosting a food or fund drive is a fun and easy way to make a difference. Individuals, groups, and organizations of all kinds can organize their own drives to provide food for our Partner Agencies across the 27 counties we serve.
Start by exploring our Food Drive Toolkit, which includes a few resources and a step by step guide to help get you started. Most drives can be run entirely on your own, but if you have additional questions or are a large organization doing a drive, submit the form below to connect with our Community Engagement team.
If you need boxes for your food drive, Harvesters can provide them—just stop by during our regular business hours.
Once your food drive is complete, please bring your donations to either our Kansas City or Lawrence warehouses during normal business hours. If it’s more convenient, we can also help connect you with a partner agency in your area to drop off your donations.

Please note – Harvesters will not pick up food donations from residential locations. We ask that you please bring your donations to Harvesters or place them in the Harvesters barrels at your local grocery store.
