Big 12 Food Drive

Fans are invited to help the Big 12 Conference in the ongoing fight against hunger. The 2023 Big 12 Basketball Food Drive, presented by Compass Minerals, has been a welcome complement to the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships held annually in Kansas City. This marks the fourth year for Overland Park, Kan.-based Compass Minerals to serve as presenting sponsor, with all Food Drive donations benefiting Harvesters—The Community Food Network.

Big 12 fans are encouraged to donate using links below from Feb. 13 through March 12. The team’s fan base that raises the most money for Harvesters will be recognized following the Conference Basketball Championships. As it has since the inception of the Food Drive, Compass Minerals will be matching donations up to $10,000 total.

Every fan who donates will be entered to win tickets to the men’s or women’s tournament or autographed memorabilia from their favorite Big 12 men’s or women’s basketball coach.*

Fans will also have the ability to donate securely on-site during the tournament by scanning a QR code on signage throughout T-Mobile Center and Municipal Auditorium promoting the Food Drive. Every dollar donated helps provide two meals.

New for this year – $1 for every registration in the Big 12 Run will be donated to our Food Drive. Fans can sign up for the 12K or 5K here.

The 2023 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship will be held at T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, March 8-11. The Phillips 66 Big 12 Women’s Basketball Championship will be held at Municipal Auditorium, March 9-12

*A financial donation is not required to be entered to win the tickets or autographed memorabilia. Please click here if you would like to be entered to win.
